Purpose: agree the inspection and document scope for one drawing before the order.
This is a blank review checklist, not an inspection report or evidence of completed work.

[ ] Released drawing number, revision, material, quantity and intended use confirmed.
[ ] Critical features, datums, tolerances and acceptance criteria identified with the buyer.
[ ] Independent manufacturing route and relevant inspection capability reviewed for this part.
[ ] First-article and final inspection scope, sampling and measurement methods agreed.
[ ] Required material, process and batch traceability documents specified.
[ ] Inspection records identify the drawing revision, batch, readings and responsible party.
[ ] Deviations are submitted for buyer decision before release; no unapproved design change.
[ ] Nonconformance evidence, investigation contact and proposed resolution process agreed.
[ ] Packaging, delivery requirements, responsibilities and excluded services recorded.
[ ] Any additional inspection, on-site work or specialist report has an agreed scope and cost.
