Information we may receive

When you contact Molitech, we may receive your name, company, job title, business email, telephone or messaging details, country or region, inquiry text, drawings, 3D models, specifications, photographs, quantity, delivery requirements and other information you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review a build-to-print machined-part or separate sourcing-agency request, clarify requirements, assess process and material fit, prepare a quotation, manage an accepted order, coordinate inspection and shipment, reply to your inquiry and maintain necessary business records.

Technical files and production-route sharing

Relevant technical information may be shared with assigned production facilities, complementary-process providers, inspection resources and logistics or professional service providers when reasonably required to review, quote, manufacture, inspect or deliver an accepted request. Project-specific confidentiality, disclosure restrictions or data-handling requirements should be stated before files are submitted.

Website inquiry forms and catalogue requests

When you submit a form, your contact details, requirement, submitting page, first landing-page path, external referrer hostname and any UTM source, medium or campaign values from the first page of that browser session, plus any optional technical inputs, are saved on our website server and made available to Molitech for review. We do not save the full referrer URL, its query string or advertising click IDs with the inquiry. We use an IP-derived security hash to limit automated submissions. Our email provider may process an internal notification of your request. A receipt confirms storage, not technical acceptance or an agreed price.

The catalogue is available without a purchase obligation. Project-specific offers require review and a formal quotation; submitting a form does not guarantee a discount or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Session storage remembers whether a catalogue prompt has been shown or an inquiry received, and keeps the first-touch values above for that browser session, so that we can avoid repeated prompts and retain one consistent inquiry source. Form text and contact details are not included in our inquiry analytics events.

Website analytics

The website may use analytics tools to understand page use and inquiry activity. These tools may process device, browser, page, referral and approximate location information according to their own terms and applicable settings.

Data retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for inquiry, quotation, order, legal, accounting, quality and dispute records. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; do not send access credentials, export-controlled data or information your company has not authorized you to share.

Your choices

You may ask Molitech to correct or delete contact information where applicable, subject to legal, contractual and record-retention requirements. You may also choose email instead of a third-party file link for technical files.
