When you contact Molitech, we may receive your name, company, job title, business email, telephone or messaging details, country or region, inquiry text, drawings, 3D models, specifications, photographs, quantity, delivery requirements and other information you choose to provide.

We use submitted information to review a machining request, clarify requirements, assess process and material fit, prepare a quotation, manage an accepted order, coordinate inspection and shipment, reply to your inquiry and maintain necessary business records.

Technical files and production-route sharing

Relevant technical information may be shared with assigned production facilities, complementary-process providers, inspection resources and logistics or professional service providers when reasonably required to review, quote, manufacture, inspect or deliver an accepted request. Project-specific confidentiality, disclosure restrictions or data-handling requirements should be stated before files are submitted.

Website analytics

The website may use analytics tools to understand page use and inquiry activity. These tools may process device, browser, page, referral and approximate location information according to their own terms and applicable settings.

Data retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for inquiry, quotation, order, legal, accounting, quality and dispute records. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; do not send access credentials, export-controlled data or information your company has not authorized you to share.
