What is the difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan?

With Pro Plan, Molitech searches suitable China-side supplier options and the service cost is included in the product quotation. With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier and pay a 5% service fee, minimum $100.

Can I use both plans?

Yes. If one request needs Molitech supplier-route search and another uses your existing supplier, the two plans can be used separately by product or order.

Do you guarantee the part will fit the machine?

No. Molitech helps clarify dimensions and reduce wrong-part risk before ordering. Final fit, installation, adjustment, and machine-side validation stay with the buyer or local service team.

Are pre-shipment checks included?

Pre-shipment checks cover photos, labels, quantity, packaging, visible condition, and agreed check points. Full inspection, FAI, supplier audit, or process monitoring must be scoped separately.
