Product quotation

We find a suitable supply route and provide our quotation. You purchase the products from Molitech.

No separate sourcing service fee is added.
Molitech is your contracting seller; independent partner manufacturers produce the goods.
Product specifications, inspection, delivery and included costs are set out in your quotation.

Your quotation sets out the product selling price and the agreed supply scope.

You nominate the supplier. Molitech provides procurement coordination within the agreed service scope.

You contract with and pay the goods supplier directly.
Molitech charges a service fee equal to 5% of the goods value.
Additional services are quoted as separate project fees and agreed before work begins.

A simple fee example

For goods valued at USD 10,000 from your nominated supplier, the service fee is USD 500. Any agreed additional project services are charged separately. This example illustrates the calculation, not a minimum order requirement.

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately as a project fee. Depending on the request, this may include additional inspection, supplier visits, testing coordination or special documentation.

We confirm the deliverables and charges with you before starting additional work. Shipping, taxes and third-party charges are identified in the applicable quotation.

Work starts against the accepted quotation and agreement, with the payment and delivery arrangements confirmed.

Questions about pricing

Does no separate service fee mean the products are supplied at factory cost?

No. For Molitech-sourced supply, we provide our product selling price. The quotation identifies the agreed supply scope and included costs.

How is the 5% fee calculated?

The service fee is 5% of the goods value when you provide the supplier. Additional services are quoted as separate project fees.

Are inspection and shipping automatically included?

The quotation states the inspection scope, shipping arrangements and included charges. Tell us what you need so those items can be confirmed before you commit.

Can different orders use different models?

Yes. We confirm the commercial model for each order. Products purchased from Molitech and coordination for your own supplier are documented separately.
