Enquiries

Molitech uses the name, email, company, requirements and authorised links you submit to review and respond to your enquiry. The contact form saves the enquiry in private server storage and sends a notification to Molitech's mailbox. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Drawings can be sent separately after confirming recipient access and confidentiality requirements.

Sources and website measurement

For an enquiry, we also save the first landing-page path in the current browser session, external referrer hostname and campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content). We do not save the full referrer URL, its query string or advertising click IDs as enquiry attribution. Session storage keeps this source information while you navigate the website.

The website uses Google Analytics 4 for website activity and successful-enquiry events. Customer names, emails, enquiry text and drawing links are not included in our analytics event parameters. Email and WhatsApp click events measure opening a contact route, not a message being sent or received.

Email and contact requests

Opening an email draft does not send it. Email and authorised-link services use their own providers and permissions. For questions about information you have provided, contact liwen@molitech-eng.com.
